Getting Back On Track!
If you read my last post, you know I encountered my first real problem since starting this project. I was torn and couldn't decide what I was going to do, so I decided to just take a few days off without the tracker and see if he can get where I needed him to be without having to change parameters and scrapping all of the data. Well, back on Wednesday, my brother and I had a swing session to see if I could collect the data from his swing yet. At first, it didn't look like I was going to get away with continuing from where we left off. However, he soon started to hit with more power... enough power for me to collect the data from that swing!
As you can see, his power in the latests session is MUCH greater than the last 2 sessions before that. The good news is, I no longer have to worry about starting all over again!
Also, I had a call with someone from Baseball Factory yesterday about an internship. Sadly, they don't have any openings, but he told me I was way ahead of the game! He gave me some other people to talk to about possible internships and he also told me that he could get me access to their players' Diamond Kinetics database!
